What if people attending have not paid dues, but have paid dues in the past? 
Can they pay and then vote? Or if they wish to pay dues in advance (the 
meeting is almost 2 weeks away) how can they go about doing that?

The next NFBF Central Florida Chapter meeting will be held on Saturday, June 
20, 2015.
The meeting will start at 11:00 a.m. in the Cypress Room at the Central 
Florida Library,
101 East Central Blvd, Orlando, FL 32801.
You must be a member with current dues paid to vote in elections.
