Good morning everyone,
The dog was doing what it was trained to do. It may have looked
like the dog threw himself in front of the bus when in reality the dog
would have backed away from the moving vehicle pushing its owner out of
harm's way. This is called a traffic check. The dog may have been
injured if the bus was coming at the pear at a high rate of speed giving
the dog little time to react.
This story was on another list. While the dog did what it was
trained to do the story reeks of dribble and unwanted sensationalism.
Good dog, bad reporter!
