> Greetings Fellow Federationists:
>
> The 76th Annual Convention of the National Federation of the Blind is almost here! Before everyone’s schedule is entirely packed, I wanted to write to you to ask for your assistance. The NFB-NEWSLINE® team will be hosting a demonstration room and a table in the Exhibit Hall once again this year. Both of these activities will require a number of volunteers and we would greatly appreciate any time that you could offer to help with our convention activities.
>
> Our demonstration room will be available for walk-in traffic for five hours on:
>
> Friday July 1, 2016 from 1:00 – 6:00 PM, and
> Saturday July 2, 2016 from 1:00 – 6:00 PM
>
> This demonstration room is intended to answer questions, distribute materials, demonstrate access methods, resolve subscriber issues, and sign up new subscribers. There will be several workstations set up in the room.
>
> Our tables in the Exhibit Hall will need to be staffed for a total of twenty hours starting on the following schedule:
>
> July 1, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
> July 2, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
> July 3, Noon – 1:45 PM; 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
> July 4, Noon – 1:45 PM
>
> We will be looking to fill these times in two hour increments and we are looking for support from our members who are familiar with the NFB-NEWSLINE® service.
>
> Please respond and let us know via e-mail(talbee at nfb.org), or by calling (410) 659-9314, extension 2354, if you will be able to volunteer during convention. If you already have activities scheduled during the times listed above, please let us know that as well so we can work around your availability.
>
> Thank you in advance for your time and for your volunteer work.
>
> Best regards,
