Tom Ryan was a long-time member of NFBF and the only president of the Greater Broward chapter, at least to my knowledge.  He was a strong delegate at the Washington Seminar and a true advocate for blind people.  He worked for Social Security for many years.  Most of all, he and Debbie are my friends.  I will miss him.  My love and condolences go to Debbie and family and friends.

Tom Ryan, President NFBF Greater Broward Chapter, passed away Friday. When I have more information, I will share it with you. 


Service for Tom Ryan will be Thursday, January 11, 2018, at 11am at Joseph A Scarano Pines Memorial Chapel, 9000 Pines Blvd., Pembrook Pines, FL 33024, 954-438-8222. Viewing/meet & greet with family at 10am 
Reception after service ending  by 2pm. Burial at Fred Hunters Hollywood Merial Gardens. She has not decided about donations.
