[Nfbf-l] Need your help at the Welcome/Information table

Greetings Federation Family,

We, the national Federation of the Blind of Florida is co-hosting the
2018 National Convention along with Virginia and Iowa, and we need
your help to make sure that the convention runs smoothly. We are
asking if you have some free time on July 4th to aid us at the
Welcome/Information Table in the lobby. At this location you will
assist with directing people to the right areas, answering questions,
passing out information, and selling concert tickets. We need two
people per time slot. Even if you cannot complete a whole shift, but
want to volunteer, let me know and we can try to work around things.
Below you will find the time sheet for the Welcome/Information table:

9 AM to 11 AM
11 Am to 1 PM
1 PM to 3 PM
3 PM to 5 PM
5 PM to 7 PM
7 PM to 9 PM
