[NFBF-L] Question About Dbs Cases

Hello.  When I was a DBS client, I had my case reassigned to different counselors at least twice.  Once was because my DBS counselor switched to being an instructor at the rehab center.  Another time was because my counselor Jim East got hurt and could no longer work.
