[NFBF-L] Is it okay to update to the latest version of IOS?

Hello all you techies out there.  Are there still a lot of bugs in IOS 13?
I have not updated yet.  My big concern is how does it work with the Braille
keyboard, since I use it to send out messages and other things.  By the
Braille keyboard, I mean the one that Apple has within its system.  Please
let me know.  Thanks.
