Annoying as it is, there's a lot of truth in his points. Being a techy,
I've watched all of this unfold (including the Mac thing a year ago).
People want as few clicks as possible, but those extra clicks are what keep
malicious apps from being able to spy on them, at least directly. For the
NFB and other blind people and organizations, or at least people who don't
care about video, there are plenty of alternatives that can work across
PCs, Mac, phones, Chromebooks, even phones. It would take about half an
hour to set up, maybe more to enhance the integration of components.
