Brian, thank you for posting this as we all are busy and although we want to read our email messages every day, it does take time. I hope everyone will avoid responding to a given post with just a one word response like "Thanks" or "good" or the like. Those kinds of one word responses would certainly help to cut down unnecessary posts that add no real value to the subject at hand.

Thanks Denise for this helpful instruction. There are many important matters posted on the list. Repetitive re-postings to this list which do not add any additional relevant informative discussion, should be avoided because they sometimes overwhelm our ability to read and consider the other matters requiring response. I try to often send responses only to the sender or to my own Greater Daytona Beach chapter list to inform my members to emphasize important concernsrelevant to them. Sometimes there are so many emails in my mailbox that I have difficulties wading through. I often rely on my other local members to re-send them to me. I suggest that future emails send to the list also include in the body of the message the senders name and personal email address to more easily respond directly  if desired, and maybe minimize unnecessary postings to the general list.
