Complete our 2021 Public Input Planning Survey 

Your Opinion Matters!

Each year, Disability Rights Florida (DRF) is federally required to conduct a Public Input Survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather information and opinions that will assist our organization’s leadership in setting its 2021 priorities, goals and objectives for the protection & advocacy of individuals with disabilities. Beyond being merely a required activity, however, this survey seeks to get feedback and input from a range of respondents involved in the disability discussion in our state. This valuable input helps DRF make decisions about the work we will do, including the cases we will accept. 

We not only want to hear from people with disabilities, their families and caregivers, but also stakeholders and advocates, state agency representatives, court personnel, criminal justice personnel, law enforcement personnel, providers and support personnel, and others involved in disability advocacy and service. 

While our survey is distributed in many different ways, most are completed in-person at disability-related conferences, events and presentations. With the challenges presented by COVID-19 and proper social distancing, we need your help more than ever.

On average, the survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and is available now through August 15th electronically in both English and Spanish and can be printed and mailed to you in English, Spanish and Creole. You can also print a copy from our website. When the survey input period ends in August, we will draw 10 names at random to receive $25 Walmart gift cards as a token of our appreciation for your time.
