Hello NFB Family and friends,

I know most of us remember Dwight and Patty Sayer and their children Austin
and Amanda who spent a lot of time at conventions years ago running door
prizes and making sure the sound system worked well.

Annely Rose forwarded to me the following message, which I will paste below.
Dwight and Patty lost their daughter Amanda to a suspected aneurysm. Below
is a link to the memorial Dwight has set up for her where you can leave your
condolences and messages for the family. My heart breaks for Dwight and
Patty. I send them my sincere condolences and prayers.

https://healgrief.org/amanda-lynn-sayer/ We invite you to express
condolences, share special memories and photos and light virtual candles to
honor and celebrate the life of our loved one. We also invite you to share
this with others who may want to be notified as well. You may do so by
sharing the link or by clicking the "Share this Memorial" button from within
the memorial itself.

Subject: Condolences thoughts and Prayers

It is with a heavy heart that I write this message to you all. Dwight and
Patty Sayer lost their daughter Amanda last night. From a brain aneurysm.
Amanda was 32 years old. I have always heard a parent should not have to
bury their child and having a daughter named Amanda the same age I can't
imagine the pain and suffering Dwight and Patty are going through.

Please remember Dwight, Patty and their family in your prayers and take the
time to give those you love a hug we never know what tomorrow will bring. At
this time they are planning a service sometime in the future, I will let you
know of any arrangements as soon as I know them.

Dwight and Patty we love you and are here for you.

Cordially,

Vern

"Each of us is in essence like a rubber band ball. Culture is developed as
if adding one rubber band after another. Some rubber bands are wide and
comforting; some are thin, tight and painful, with a variety of sizes
in-between adding to the construction. Each new rubber band changes the
mass, density and dimension of the ball and how it will react to outside
stimuli, just as the layers of culture change how we as humans react to
situations."
