[NFBF-L] Perkins Brailler Question

One of our chapter members needs repair and/or maintenance on a Braille
machine.
If you know of a company or individual who repairs Braille machines, please
contact me so that I can pass the information along.
Do you know if these machines can be shipped "Free Matter for the Blind"?
