Good morning Florida Federationists,

 

The Miami-Dade Chapter held elections on Thursday, November 17th, 2022 for the following positions:  Vice President, Treasurer, and board member 2.

 

The results are as follows:

Vice President – John Johnson  who was elected by acclimation. 

John is serving on his third term as Vice President and is a long time member of the chapter.

 

Treasurer  - John Williams who was elected by acclimation.

John has been an active member of the federation for almost 30 years and has held the position of treasurer for many years.

 

Board member 2 – Bruce Coleman was newly elected to the board.

Bruce is and active member of the chapter and brings great enthusiasm to the board.

 

We would like to thank Judy Gibbons for her active role as a board member during the last four years and for her active participation during state and national conventions.  Also, Judy  participated during the last few years of Washington Seminar virtually and represented not just the chapter, but the student division and the federation gracefully.  

 

Please let’s all welcome the newly elected members to the Miami-Dade Chapter board of directors and thank Judy for her service.
