I am so sorry to have missed the August 13 meeting, as I have been wanting to get to know everyone in this group.  

If you are still looking for presentations, I would be happy to talk about my book:

WHEN YOUR EARS CAN’T HELP YOU SEE 

Published by National Braille Press, which discusses strategies for coping with combined sight and hearing loss, educating our audiologists, and generally finding work-arounds when your ears can no longer help fill the visual void.  

I’ve been ill and checking emails rather sporadically which is how I ised the meeting, but hoping to learn more from and about all of you.
