Thank you all for responding to the article. These bills are going to hurt the disability community as well as the African American people. I agree with your well written post Marion.

We all have work to do in this state, to stop the current movement by the Florida Legislature to divide us and take the precious freedoms away that so many people fought and died for during the Civil Rights movement, and in subtle ways, the weakening of the ADA. 

Do not take your right to vote and make a difference for granted. Register and vote in every election from now own. Vote as if your life depends upon it, because it does. Again, thank you all for this discussion.
