Good evening Jorge!

Did the topic of including individuals that are attending national training
centers, get brought up? I have been accepted to the Louisiana Center for
the Blind and I am planning to start the 9 month intensive program in
October. Can I apply for this scholarship? Please let me know.

Thanks!
