I send my most heart-felt condolences to especially you Arlene.  I observed for many years how you not only took great care of Joe, but also watched out after the other members of NFBF.  You and Jowe have been in my prayers every night and I will never forget him.  He had a very positive and uplifting impact on my outlook on life.  I remember the Cars division.  
That was so fun and it would have never happened had it not been for Joe's interest in cars, vintage and otherwise.  The car shows at National Convention were great!  I also send my condolences to the Melbourne Space Coast chapter which he started.  I was always amazed at how many members he brought into the chapter.  Please know I am here for you if you would like to talk or correspond.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our good friend and leader in the Deaf Blind Community, Mr. Joe Naulty. He was also the founder of the Melbourne Space Chapter, NFBF along with his wife Arlene. Joe was kind and patient with everyone that he met. He had a beautiful spirit, and was very dedicated to the National Federation of the Blind. Joe went home to be with our Lord early this morning. 

Ms. Arlene is asking for our prayers for the Naulty family at this time. We will let everyone know of the funeral or memorial services as they become available. “To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8. Mr. Naulty will certainly be missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
