Are you using the built-in microphone on the laptop or an external headset/microphone?  Did you go into audio settings in Zoom and press the button to test microphone?  If you did do this, did you hear yourself?  If you need somebody to walk you through stuff, we can talk on the phone one evening this week.

I am having problems with a laptop computer that I use for my NFB Zoom meetings. Recently, I have tried to participate in meetings and I have not been "Muted" but I can hear the meeting but the participants cannot hear me. I am not sure if ZOOM has had too many updates and somehow I need to  re-configure my settings, or where the problem is coming from. I would appreciate any suggestions if you have any.
