Hello, Sunrise and Shine Faithful!

Perhaps like me, you recently spent time attending the NFB or ACB national
conventions in Orlando and Jacksonville, and if so, I bet that it took a bit
of time to catch your breath and to catch up on the many hours of lost
sleep. By now though, we should all be back up to full speed and our brains
should be ready for a challenge. With a bit of down time and a whole lot of
coffee, let's meet the challenge with a rousing round of trivia, courtesy of
this Thursdays Sunrise and Shine with NFB-Newsline.

I recently was honored to serve as Quiz Master at the Florida School for the
Blind Alumni reunion and so am in a trivia playing kind of mood! I'm still
all geared up for lots of fun and laughter, as well as finding out who's
brain cells haven't melted yet during this horribly hot Summer.

I hope very much that you can find the time to hop into 'Rise and Shine this
coming Thursday, July 25th at 9:00 AM. Of course, there will be door prizes
available for some lucky attendees. You won't have to be the smartest one in
the room to win, you just have to, like me, feel lucky and share a love for
cash!

If you haven't been to one of our calls before, joining us at 9:00 AM for
coffee or tea will give you a chance to find out what you've been missing.
We always take time for welcoming new guest speakers and participants and
for lots of warmth and laughter.

Most of us have become pretty familiar with attending meetings using the
Zoom platform over the past few years and in fact, we've been using Zoom
since we launched Rise and Shine way back on April 16th2020. If you're not
used to using Zoom or if it's still giving you difficulties, don't give up
