[NFBF-L] Status of Information desk, FLORIda hospitality suite and exhibit hall requested

I was unable to attend the planning meeting due to a prior commitment. Could we get a status update about the exhibit table, hospitality, suite, and Information desk? Also, does anyone have a room number for the Florida hospitality suite? It was not marked in the agenda the last time I checked. Thank you.
