Hi Sherri:

I can speak for the hospitality suite and say that many of the slots are filling,  but we still have a few open. Almost  all  of the slots from  7:00 to 8:45 A.M have at least one place for a person to fill.

Others from 5:00 to 7 in the evening are also available. If you know of someone  interested in donating their time, or food/drink/coffee  please have them reach out to me.

We will be serving snacks that are wrapped and easy to grab and go. No food will be prepared. Members should be encouraged to stop by and grab a snack,  but the suite can not supplement a meal.

I was unable to attend the planning meeting due to a prior commitment. Could we get a status update about the exhibit table, hospitality, suite, and Information desk? Also, does anyone have a room number for the Florida hospitality suite? It was not marked in the agenda the last time I checked. Thank you.
