Hello Federation Family!



This email is being sent on behalf of Peggy Fleischer. Peggy is coordinating
the staffing of the Florida Information Table at our upcoming NFB National
Convention in Orlando and has asked me to pen a note to all members, family,
friends and supporters of our Affiliate traveling to Orlando for Convention.




Two-hour time slots have been created for staffing of the Florida
Information Table. We need happy, friendly, smiling and sunshine filled
volunteers to greet visitors and answer questions. Two to three volunteers
will work each shift. Chapters and Divisions are more than welcome to send
folks, but individuals and pairs of friends and family can also sign up.



The available timeslots are shown below. Just reply with your name,
preferred shift, (and if possible, an alternate choice). Include your
contact information so that Peggy can confer with you.

Tuesday, July 2nd



2:00 PM - 4:00 PM









4:00 PM - 6:00 PM









Wednesday, July 3rd



8:00 AM - 10:00 AM









10:00 AM - 12:00 PM









2:00 PM - 4:00 PM









4:00 PM - 6:00 PM









Thursday, July 4th



8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
