Greetings Federation Family and Friends:

Now that the agenda has come  out for our State Convention.  I know each of
you have taken a few minutes to think of when you might want to volunteer in
the hospitality suite. Please take a look at the schedule below, and find
your slot. Then contact me either via email at kaye.j.zimpher at gmail.com

know what time you would like.

I look forward to seeing everyone at convention. I know we will have a great

Greetings all:

Our State Convention is just around the corner, and it is time to think of
ways that you can serve during this year's event. It is the hard work from
members like you that make convention each year possible.

This year our hospitality suite will be in receipt of many donations and
delicious food and drink. We need you to volunteer to serve in the suite.
Please take a look at the below schedule,  and pick a time that works for
you. Once you have decided on a slot, send me an email at
kaye.j.zimpher at gmail.com <mailto:kaye.j.zimpher at gmail.com> , or call me at
904-832-2884 so that I can put you on the schedule. Please be sure to let me
know rather than a friend so that I am certain to have you marked in the
right time slot. 

Once the agenda comes out, if you need to make changes, let me know. We need
at least 2 or 3 people per shift.

Hospitality Room Schedule

Friday October 11:

3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, 1 slot

5:00 to 7:00 PM Open

Saturday October 12

7:00 AM to 8:45 AM 2 slots

12:00 PM to 2:00 PM Open 2 slots

2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Open

4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Open

Sunday October 13

7:00 AM to 8:45 AM Open

12:00 PM to 2:30 PM Open

2:30 PM to 5:00 PM Open

As always I appreciate any time you are willing to give to make our
hospitality suite awesome! Lets welcome everyone to convention in Style!
