It is with pride I announce the newest Florida affiliate member to be
selected as part of the Kenneth Jernigan Leadership In Service Program
co-hort. Javier Diaz, from our Miami Chapter and member of the National
Federation of the Blind of Florida Board of Directors will be representing
our affiliate in the 2025-2026KJLSP. Let us celebrate and support Javier as
he grows as a leader in the National Federation of the Blind! This is an
exciting opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and training in our
policies, protocols, brand and philosophy that will serve Javier for years
to come. It is a commitment on his part and an investment by the National
Federation of the Blind in time and effort to continue Javier's success into
