[NFBF-L] Request for Accessibility Accommodation for 2025 State convention

Greetings Florida Federationist,

 

If you will require accessibility accommodations for our 2025 state
convention, scheduled to take place on October 3rd through October 5th, 2025
at the Hilton Altamonte Springs, and fully participate in the convention and
engage with all scheduled sessions, exhibits, and networking opportunities
To ensure an inclusive and accessible experience, you must submit your
request no later than September 15, 2025 by 11:50PM.  

 

The following accommodations will be provided 

*	 Access to digital materials  (e.g., agenda, restaurant guides, and
transportation guide ) in an accessible format such as tagged PDF, plain
text, braille file (BRF) or accessible Word documents, compatible with
screen readers
*	Assistive listening devices 
*	 Hotel lobby description 
*	 Priority seating near presenters or speakers

 

We will try our best to provide accommodation's if there is no undue burden
on the state affiliate or hotel.  Please submit your request's to Jorge
