[NFBF-L] Hospitality Suite Donations

Dear Chapters and Division Leaders,

On behalf of the convention planning committee, we are reaching out to
request your support in making our upcoming state convention a memorable and
enjoyable experience for all attendees. 

One of the benefits of attending the convention is the opportunity to
socialize and network with other attendees.  The Hospitality Suite is the
perfect place to do just that, which is why we are contacting you.

We are seeking donations to ensure this is a place that will provide
comfort, refreshments, and a welcoming environment throughout the convention
weekend. These funds will assist with obtaining items that have not been
donated, ensuring that every attendee can enjoy an accommodating experience.

Your contribution will directly enhance the experience for all participants
and demonstrate the strength and unity of our chapters and divisions. No
contribution is too small, and every bit helps create an inviting and
enjoyable atmosphere.
