Subject: Workshops at State Convention

Greetings:

Division Presidents and Committee Chairs are requested to submit topics and
descriptions for workshops you wish to hold at our 2025 State Convention.
Divisions are given 1 hour and 50 minutes to hold their annual business
meetings, which include holding division elections. Committees are given 50
minute sessions. Your workshop description must include the leader of your
division or committee chair, along with the names and titles of any guest
speakers. You may request a specific day and time, but please understand
such request may not be granted. Space is on a first-come, first-served
basis and may be shifted based upon other agenda requirements. The deadline
to submit your topic and description is August 15. After this date, agenda
updates may be made to the electronic version of the agenda only. Thank you.
