[NFBF-L] Announcing Tomorrows Big Sunrise and Shine 6th Birthday Party - We've got a Very Special Guest from Blind Shell and want to Packthe the House - Thursday, April 9 at 9:00 AM ET

 Good morning, Sunrise and Shine Family!

Are you ready for a big celebration tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM ET? Have you
been eagerly awaiting our annual Sunrise and Shine anniversary party,
featuring our special guest, Diane Ducharme from Blind Shell USA,  since we
dropped that big news during our last 'Rise and Shine call in March? I know
I have!

The Blind Shell phone is so much more than a smart phone, it's an amazing
accessibility tool that anyone can easily learn to use and integrate into
their daily life. Even if, like me, you are an iPhone user, I had been shown
the Blind Shell a few times in the past, but it only took one conversation
with Diane to convince me that this product is amazing and is worth a deep
dive. We've made it a habit of inviting fantastic guests to join us for our
anniversary parties over the past six years and so, I know you will be
thrilled to meet Diane and to hear what she has to share.

As a bonus, my friend and colleague,  Jorge Hernandez, President of the
National Federation of the Blind of Florida's Greater Miami Chapter and the
Miami Lighthouse for the Blind will also be stopping by to tell us about his
experiences with the Blind Shell. He's seen it improve the lives of many of
his students at the Lighthouse and was very happy to accept an invitation to
our Zoom call tomorrow morning.

Now, if you have been to one of our birthday parties or other milestone
celebrations in the past, you know we're known for celebrating with gifts.
We'll be drawing a couple of names, (at random), from our attendance list
and will be handing out some cash prizes! If you are in the room when the
prize alarm goes off, you might just get rewarded with some cash or with a
gift card! Hopefully that will be one more great reason for you to join us
tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM ET. 

Please feel free to spread the word about our big event, let's pack the
house. If you haven't been with us in a while, we'd be honored if you'd come
by and wish Sunrise and Shine a happy 6th birthday. I am so very thrilled
that our gatherings have received such incredible support from so many since
we launched the calls on April 16th, 2020. Thanks to you, we can keep them
going and going.

If you haven't been to one of our calls before, joining us at 9:00 AM for
coffee or tea will give you a chance to find out what you've been missing.
We always take time for welcoming new guest speakers and participants and
for lots of warmth and laughter.

Most of us have become pretty familiar with attending meetings using the
Zoom platform over the past few years and in fact, we've been using Zoom
since we launched Rise and Shine way back on April 16th2020. If you're not
used to using Zoom or if it's still giving you difficulties, don't give up

The regulars on our call are always warm and welcoming and are thrilled to
see new faces.
