[NFBF-L] Dues and the Membership Form

[Florida Statewide Chapter Secretary]

Hello Statewide Advocates,

If you have recently paid dues and have not filled out our membership form,
please take some time to fill it out.

The form is how we store our membership records. We need these records to
help the affiliate keep accurate counts of members and for us to pay the
correct dues to the affiliate.

In addition, we use these records to add you to the NFB membership database
or update your active status for current members.

If you have any questions, please let us know. If you need assistance with
the form, contact me via email or contact any board member, and we will be
happy to assist. We are also able to enter your information manually.
