One of the Gainesville chapter members had been able to send and receive Email over a landline phone from a service called One Box for many years. She does not own a computer or assistive technology; only an enhanced phone from the Florida Relay System, and Braille & Talking Book Library equipment. The company recently informed her, when she could not access her mailbox, that they are no longer offering the service due to low subscribership, and have blocked the Email account from sending or receiving messages immediately. Since there appeared to be no accessible prior notice of this occurrence, does anyone know of a similar service that she could check out? If anyone from the Deaf/Blind division could weigh in on this subject that would be helpful also.

Thanks for your input.
