Exhibit Hall Map Description MAP DESCRIPTION: The purpose of the tactile map is for visitors to become familiar with the layout of the Exhibit Hall. The tables on the tactile map are indicated by raised dots with the exception of the outermost row that outlines the entire hall and defines the exhibit hall space. There is a row of raised dots inside the left wall of the exhibit hall space on the map. There are two squares to the right of this row on the tactile map. There is a third, smaller square in the bottom right corner of the map. These three squares, and the tables along the walls, make up the exhibit hall portion of the entire space. There is a square in the top right corner that represents the NFB Independence Market and a square below the Independence Market on the map that indicates the free literature display. The exhibit hall tables are numbered. For the tables in the squares, a dot in the bottom right corner on the map shows where the first and last numbered tables are located in that square. The table numbers in the squares run in a clockwise order. The tables in the rows are numbered from the entrance of the room toward the back of the room. The starting point is indicated by a dot on the map. The entrance to the entire space starts at the bottom of the page. HALL OVERVIEW: The exhibit hall space, including the NFB Independence Market and free literature display, is located in Sebastian K&L in the Rosen Shingle Creek. The space is a rectangle. Exhibitor tables are located along the left and back walls (placing the exhibitors' backs to the walls). The tables along the left and back walls are Row A. There are two large squares slightly to the left of the center of the room. These are called Square B and Square C. Square B is closest to the entrance. Square C is directly past Square B and next to the Independence Market. There is a third, smaller square in the front right corner of the room, Square D. The NFB Independence Market is another square set of tables in the back right corner of the room. The free literature display is a square of tables on the right side of the room, between Square D and the Independence Market. Each exhibitor table has large-print and Braille numbers and a table name that identify the exhibitor. Table numbers can be found on the front corners of each table, and the table names are located in the front, center of each table. The exhibiting sponsor tables are located towards the front and right side of the hall. The information table is a half-square of tables at the front of the room.
