HB7041, the Vote By Mail Bill, made it past the House Appropriations Committee and will now go to State Affairs. While this is disappointing, we will continue to show the opposition of the National Federation of the Blind of Florida to any impediment to our right to vote privately and independently. The Senate version of the bill, SB90, will go to committee on Wednesday, April 14.
