Young transitioned into God’s loving arms. James was a loyal and dedicated member of the Tallahassee Chapter. He served several terms on the Chapter’s Board of Directors and was an outstanding fund raiser. He has regularly attended both State and National Conventions and was car #2 of the famous “Tallahassee Train”. Those of who knew James loved him. He will be sorely missed, not just locally, but throughout the National Federation of the Blind. We’re not saying goodbye to James.
