I first met Jim when he became my DBS Counselor years ago. Throughout the years, HE WORKED in various positions, first as a Counselor, as a Supervisor, District Administrator of the District office in Daytona Beach, and then Bureau Chief of the Braille and Talking Book Library, where he was called upon to resolve the issues at the Library, while still overseeing the District office of DBS. He did both well, and eventually was named as the Library’s Bureau Chief.<u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"> <u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal">It is impossible to say how many lives Jim has impacted throughout the years, but he will definitely be missed by many who were fortunate enough to get to know him well benefiting from his friendship, wisdom and experience. <u></u><u></u></p><p class="MsoNormal"><u></u> <u></u></p></div></div>_______________________________________________<br>
