If that's the way they are, probably best not to use them; in fact, a boycott might be in order; unless we can talk to customer support people who are in the good old US of A, not in some far-flung part of the world; just my 2 cents.<o:p></o:p></p><div><p class=MsoNormal>On 3/17/2022 8:49 AM, PLipovsky via NFBF-L wrote:<o:p></o:p></p></div><blockquote style='margin-top:5.0pt;margin-bottom:5.0pt'><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>Interesting.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>If they can’t seem to change the apartment number, which I’m not sure why they shouldn’t be able to as that seems to be a rather minor change, perhaps you need to have them delete you out of the system completely, and then put you back in again?</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><div><div style='border:none;border-top:solid #E1E1E1 1.0pt;padding:3.0pt 0in 0in 0in'><p class=MsoNormal><b>From:</b> NFBF-L <a href="mailto:nfbf-l-bounces@nfbnet.org"><nfbf-l-bounces@nfbnet.org></a> <b>On Behalf Of </b>Michael Russillo via NFBF-L<br><b>Sent:</b> Monday, March 14, 2022 10:16 PM<br><b>To:</b> PLipovsky via NFBF-L <a href="mailto:nfbf-l@nfbnet.org"><nfbf-l@nfbnet.org></a><br><b>Cc:</b> Michael Russillo <a href="mailto:plrussillo@comcast.net"><plrussillo@comcast.net></a><br><b>Subject:</b> Re: [NFBF-L] Jordash<o:p></o:p></p></div></div><p class=MsoNormal> <o:p></o:p></p><p>Hello, Patricia, Peter Russillo in Stuart, Florida; I used that Door-dash number because I noticed my delivery address I gave when I set up the account was a different apartment than the one I know I typed in; it said Apt. C-5 when it should have been A-10; the customer support people I talked to were not able to correct the address, so when I did order, I asked them to tell the dasher not to go to Apt. C-5 but to A-10, where I live. When trying to fix the address online on my desktop computer, I was unable to make it correct; a customer support person told me Google Maps got the address wront--just one way to pass the blame to somebody; the support person was unable to correct the mistake also; has anyone else using Door-Dash encountered a problem like the one described above? If so who can we talk to there who is higher up than the customer support people (who most likely are offshore in some other country at a call center)? My delivery address reads on the site: Michael Russillo, 950 South Kanner Highway, Apt. C-5, Stuart, FL 34994; however it is followed by "Apt. A-10." There's no way to delete the "C-5"; do you know of someone much higher up in the company (someone who's here in the USA)? Thanks.<o:p></o:p></p><p> <o:p></o:p></p><p>Yours truly, Peter Russillo<o:p></o:p></p><div><p class=MsoNormal>On 2/10/2022 6:09 PM, PLipovsky via NFBF-L wrote:<o:p></o:p></p></div><blockquote style='margin-top:5.0pt;margin-bottom:5.0pt'><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>FYI</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>If anyone is having problems placing an order with Doordash, If </span>you call them at 1-855-300-8985, they'll help you put in your order.<span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><br><br><br><o:p></o:p></p><pre>_______________________________________________<o:p></o:p></pre><pre>NFBF-L mailing list<o:p></o:p></pre><pre><a href="mailto:NFBF-L@nfbnet.org">NFBF-L@nfbnet.org</a><o:p></o:p></pre><pre><a href="http://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org">http://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org</a><o:p></o:p></pre><pre>To unsubscribe, change your list options or get your account info for NFBF-L:<o:p></o:p></pre><pre><a href="http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org/plrussillo%40comcast.net">http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org/plrussillo%40comcast.net</a><o:p></o:p></pre></blockquote><p class=MsoNormal><br><br><o:p></o:p></p><pre>_______________________________________________<o:p></o:p></pre><pre>NFBF-L mailing list<o:p></o:p></pre><pre><a href="mailto:NFBF-L@nfbnet.org">NFBF-L@nfbnet.org</a><o:p></o:p></pre><pre><a href="http://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org">http://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org</a><o:p></o:p></pre><pre>To unsubscribe, change your list options or get your account info for NFBF-L:<o:p></o:p></pre><pre><a href="http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org/plrussillo%40comcast.net">http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/nfbf-l_nfbnet.org/plrussillo%40comcast.net</a><o:p></o:p></pre></blockquote></div></body></html>
