We still might want to celebrate something a little more specific though, so why not celebrate the language of blind people , that being,, braille. No, it’s not Louis Braille’s birthday or a particularly remarkable anniversary date in connection to the invention of the language, but why let that stand in our way of a good time. Fine folks from our national NFB-NEWSLINE office will help us Share how the amazing audio information service allows subscribers the ability to access content using a host of braille displays. Our call this week is going to be loaded with new visitors, new guest speakers and an avalanche of information too. We’ll branch out from our braille related NFB-NEWSLINE topic at some point and hear from others who transcribe braille, teach braille and use braille to work, learn, relax and live a much more complete life than they would without it.
