Bill was a unique and talented writer and a perfectionist on the savant autism scale.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Bill had a love of baseball, and could recite from memory the baseball players names and statistics for baseball history going back during the last 100 years.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Bill was extremely well informed about politics and legislation, and was an active member of the NFBF legislative committee, and the Florida Democrat Disability caucus.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>Bill was a graduate of the St. Augustine Florida School for the Blind, and a schoolmate of Peggy Fleischer.
