I have been trying without success to put the tip on my cane. I have put it on the floor and put my weight on it, but I\u2019m afraid I\u2019ll break the cane. I have put it upside down and tried to hammer it on. Does anyone have any suggestions how to put the new tip on my folding cane? Any hints and help would be very much appreciated.
