As the planning process continues, I am requesting agenda items from those committees and divisions that meet at state convention. The deadline to submit your agenda items is August 15. This deadline is firm and will not be adjusted; we need enough time to proof and print the agendas in advance of convention start time. Any updates to the agenda once printing has begun will only be to the electronic version of the agenda. Inclusion of workshops and guest speakers is at the discretion of the President.
