The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the Canaveral Port Authority Commission Room located at 445 Challenger Road, Cape Canaveral, FL 32920.  We look forward to receiving your input so that we can better serve you in the Florida Legislature.

> If you wish to speak at the meeting, please complete the electronic appearance form to provide your contact information and the topic of your presentation. You can access the link here or https://form.jotform.com/91925530895164. Due to the limited amount of time and to ensure we are fair to all speakers, presentations will be limited to 3 minutes. Please submit your appearance request no later than Friday, September 6, 2019 by 5:00pm.

> If you would like to provide the delegation with any background documentation or handouts for their review prior to the hearing, please mail six (6) copies to my office no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2019.
