Oh cool! I guess I get it, the expert as they call them is there to help someone who might not know how to perform a particular task as a blind person. Instead of saying "Oh, we can't do that," the "expert" gives them tips. That is how I interpret it anyway.

NFB is a membership organization of blind people. NFB supports blind citizens of the United States by offering programs, services, information and resources to defend the rights of blind and low-vision Americans. NFB is now expanding their services by offering a direct line of contact to their experts through Be My Eyes.

The NFB experts are available for support through Be My Eyes Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM EST. The services are available in English and can only be accessed in the United States. The NFB can be contacted by selecting them from the Specialized Help menu in the Be My Eyes app.
