For those that do not know, Tech Time happens once a month and is put on by
the Conklin Davis Center.  The focus is the use of smart phones by the
visually impaired, but we are open to other technology related topics if
there is interest.  It used to be that if somebody wanted to get into iOS
app development, they would spend a good deal of money on a Mac computer.
With the latest version of Swift Playgrounds for iPad, it is now possible to
use an iPad to develop iOS apps using the Swift programming language.  The
Playgrounds app will be demonstrated.  This demonstration will be focused on
demonstrating the Playgrounds app more than teaching the Swift programming
language since Swift takes a lot longer than an hour to learn.   If you own
an iPad, you can use it with a Bluetooth keyboard.  This will also be
