Dear MSCC Members: 

 

This is notice of our March chapter meeting. It will be Saturday, March 12,
at 10 a.m. We will be sharing news of our upcoming National and State
Conventions, answering any questions you may have and talking about
transportation, in its many forms. Please come and join us on March 12! 

 

The Zoom invitation is below. Please remember our Zoom protocols. If you are
in a noisy environment, mute yourself. If you dial the phone number to
access our meetings, then press the Star (*) key and 6. This will toggle the
mute and unmute buttons. If you are using the app on your computer, the
keystroke is the Alt key plus A; this will toggle mute and unmute. If you
have the app on your phone or tablet, there is a mute button in the lower
left side of the screen; this is also a toggle switch. If your area is noisy
and you do not mute yourself, I will do it. Then use one of the above steps
to unmute when you are ready to speak. I ask that you say your name to seek
the floor. It is difficult to know who is speaking when we talk over each
other. 

 

In order to make sure everyone has an opportunity to speak, I may limit how
much time each person gets to talk or if someone talks way off the current
topic. I recognize that many people leave by 11:30 and I want everyone to
have an opportunity to hear the entire program or speak if they wish. There
is always a question time at the end of the agenda, so let's all be mindful
of our time so we can all participate.
