Is anyone familiar with, or purchased this  phone?

 A member of my chapter recently purchased one of these phones which came by mail with a print instruction manual. This phone markets to seniors and possibly low vision people.

I am trying to assist this member, who is trying unsuccessfully to advocate with the customer support employees to set up and navigate this phone. She is completely blind and has hearing loss issues.
