and informative workshop. 

 

We are proud to have Leslie Spoone certified aerobics instructor who will be
talking and taking us through some basic resistant exercises that you can
perform in the comfort of your own home. She will also be demonstrating
basic chair yoga exercises and techniques that are not only easy to perform,
but give you peace of mind and body.

A door prize will be given out at the conclusion of the meeting. The Zoom
