[NFBF-Melbourne] New Rules for Paypal Payments

Hello Melbourne chapter members,
We learned at the state convention this week that we have new rules for Paypal payments to the chapter.  Any money that you send to the chapter at melbourne at nfbflorida.org has to be sent as Goods and Services.  We can't receive any money via Friends and Family.  There will be a 3% fee for any payment sent via Paypal.  If you choose to pay your 2023 dues through Paypal, please add 30 cents and pay $10.30.
If you call me with a credit or debit card number to pay dues please add 50 cents for the processing fees for keying in the number.  If you use your card in person at the meeting or other event and I swipe the card, the fees are lower, 36 cents on ten dollars.  
If you'd like to avoid fees there's always good old fashioned cash or checks!
If you have any doubt whether you've already paid ahead for 2023 dues, let me know.  Quite a few of you have paid in advance.
