Greetings All: 

 

Our State Convention will be here before we know it! I hope all of you are
excited to begin the planning process! We now have our Zoom link set-up and
look forward to planning our 2023 convention. This year, our convention will
be hosted by the Tampa, Statewide and Melbourne Chapters. All three chapter
presidents are included in this email thread. I am chairing the convention
planning committee, with the assistance of Peggy Fleischer. Here is the
schedule: 

 

4th Wednesday of each month: Closed convention planning will be the fourth
Wednesday of each month, beginning on Wednesday, February 22 at 8 p.m. 

 

1st Sunday of each month: Open convention planning will be the first Sunday
of each month, beginning on Sunday, March 5 at 8 p.m. 

 

Convention Planning List: Each chapter president please send me the names
and email addresses of those members of your chapter that will be serving on
the convention planning committee. I will request Dave Andrews add them to
the email list so everyone can receive messages and notices. We will have
those on the committee from last year removed.
