Greetings MSCC Members: 

Our August chapter meeting will be held using the Zoom platform on Saturday, August 10 at 10 a.m. Unfortunately, the Brevard Hispanic Center is not available this month. This meeting will be an open one, since by the policy of the National Federation of the Blind, there is no virtual voting. What this means is that we will not hold our chapter elections this month, but will move our elections to Saturday, September 7, to accommodate a shift of availability. The Brevard Hispanic Center has been very good to our chapter and we have the ability to make allowances when it is not available. This is a great opportunity to train all of you on the Zoom platform, the most accessible conferencing software in the market. Although this is not an official meeting, we will discuss important information from the National Federation of the Blind, including our upcoming state convention and to keep everyone abreast of our financial health. Please find the Zoom information below. If anyone needs assistance getting into the Zoom room, please let a member of the chapter board know so we can make arrangements. 

The easiest access method is to click on the one tap mobile phone number in the email you receive; You must be using your cell phone for this method to work. We will talk about how to use all the access methods for Zoom during the meeting. There will be an opportunity for members to attend an open chapter board meeting and we use the Zoom application for this.
