I am attaching the template for the White Cane Proclamation and one that is partially filled out for Palm Bay. All that needs to be filled in is Mayor Medina's name and position. If the Mayor's office wishes to edit any of the content, we ask that it be reviewed by us to ensure it stays on the brand of the National Federation of the Blind.
