First and foremost, THANK YOU for your unwavering dedication to our state's most vulnerable. This historic milestone would not have been possible without the work being done through Hope Florida's CarePortal. 

The power of connection through this care-sharing technology is simple but profound. Connections have been established with items like diapers, cribs, and bedframes, which have helped create new stories for many families. All it takes is one request submitted to CarePortal before faith and community networks wrap around families in crisis.

Whether supporting a single mother, assisting a foster or adoptive family, or engaging in the many other ways to serve, we are proud of the positive impact of powerful tools like CarePortal!
